For subscription orders:

Please do not send us a purchase order by email, we are unable to process orders received in this way.

Please use our online shop to place an order instead. We accept purchase orders over £70. We also accept card payments for all items.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed to receive log-in credentials.

Cancellations

Subscriptions to our resources do not automatically renew. If you wish to cancel your subscription simply let your subscription lapse.

Change of details

Please contact us if you need to change the contact details for staff at your school.

For Smart Revise orders:

The teacher using Smart Revise will need to place the order using the product at smartrevise.online. This will enable them to allocate vouchers for courses to their students. It is possible for a Head of Department to share classes with their colleagues and place one order.
