“As a creative technology engineer, I design and build interactive digital experiences. This involves rapid prototyping, experimenting and vibe coding to explore ideas quickly, intuitively and iteratively. My goal is to turn concepts into tangible products and demos.”

All the activities in this unit enable students to answer the key question:

How can products be made using vibe coding?

Knowledge statements

This is achieved by students studying 4 “Learn-it” lessons, each of which focus on one knowledge statement:

1. Know that digital products can be created by giving an AI a series of iterative prompts to shape and refine its output.
2. Know how rapid prototyping helps developers test ideas quickly and improve a product through repeated experimentation.
3. Know that vibe coding involves exploring creative possibilities by adjusting prompts intuitively to influence how an AI responds.
4. Know how to evaluate and test an AI-generated solution to ensure it meets the intended purpose and user needs.
