The AQA Marketplace

The AQA Marketplace is the heart of the festival!

You will get to meet all the sponsors, exhibitors, and speakers during breaks, lunch, and networking sessions. Tea, coffee & biscuits will be available here throughout the day, along with pastries in the morning.

Cambridge OCR Fringe Event & Post-Festival Social

The Fringe Event and Post-Festival Social, both hosted by Cambridge OCR, takes place in the afternoon. The Fringe event features inspiring talks from some amazing speakers you won’t want to miss.

For a full list of speakers, check out the Festival of Computing website.

After the Fringe, join us for the Post-Festival Social, with drinks, informal chats, and plenty of networking — the perfect way to celebrate a day full of inspiration.

Not forgetting the fantastic prize draw at around 16:30 in the marquee (attendees must be present to claim prizes!). Last year, we gave away over £3,000 worth of goodies — this year promises to be even bigger and better!

Pre-Festival Curry Supper & Social

We’re also excited to invite festival ticket holders to the Curry Supper and pre-event social, generously sponsored by VEX Robotics:

Tuesday 30 June 2026 – 7.00pm to 10.00pm
Housman Hall, Bromsgrove School

Food (to include: chicken curry with a vegetable curry option, rice, naan, poppadum’s, and I expect some picky bits, dips & salad too), drinks on arrival and drinks with dinner will be provided, and there will be a cash bar should you need any further refreshments.

You must have a Festival ticket or be a registered presenter/exhibitor to attend, and we are limited to 75 places — so grab your ticket ASAP!
